How does it work?
Gold Investor runs two trading systems in parallel. The first is a scalping strategy; the second is time-based and can open up to two trades simultaneously. Both have reportedly been thoroughly tested by the developers, who claim no further optimization is needed on the user's end. Importantly, the EA avoids high-risk money management methods like martingale or grid trading altogether.
The EA also includes smart money management, precise entry/exit algorithms, and drawdown protection (Original version only). It automatically detects whether your broker uses four- or five-digit quotes, so you don't need to manually adjust Take Profit and Stop Loss values.
One feature worth highlighting is the Broker Spy Module, which protects against common broker misconduct — delayed order execution, negative slippage, and similar issues. In StealthMode, it hides your real Take Profit and Stop Loss values from the broker, closing off one of the more common ways brokers work against retail traders.

Parameters of the EA
I will not describe the settings of the Expert Advisor in detail here, as they are detailed in the User Manual, which you will find in the archive with the Expert Advisor. I will only note that the developers have taken into account all possible aspects of trading and the following parameters can be customized (enabled/disabled) in the Expert Advisor:
- Basic Rules (AutoGMT, NFA broker regulated, StealthMode, Pending (Stop/Limit) Orders and etc.)
- Extra Rules (Days/hours of start/end of trading)
- Systems Risk Management (Auto lot, Fixed lot, Risk)
- News Filter Settings - Enable news filter and ignore trading before and after their release in specified time intervals
- Time Management System Settings - Enabling and disabling trading on certain days and hours of the week
- Broker Spy Module Settings - settings for tracking broker's unscrupulous actions
- Drawdown Protection Settings - very useful module to prevent unwanted drawdowns. Available only in the ORIGINAL version

Conclusion
Forex Gold Investor EA is one of the few EAs I'd actually recommend buying outright — in my view, it's the strongest automated Gold trading tool available. The version I tested has reduced functionality compared to the original, but even so, it performs well enough for both personal trading and as the engine behind a PAMM account aimed at attracting outside investment.
